-Studied sociology and made mask of how I have been socialized 

-Greek Tragedy (winter 2009)

-Read and studied various Greek tragedies, then created my own

-The United Nations and their affiliation with the Gaza strip and Iran (winter/spring 2009, 2010)

-Studied conflicts in The Gaza Strip and Iran, and then participated in a model United Nations conference.

-Dystopias’ (spring 2010)

-Studied dystopias, read Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World, and wrote a report on how I believe our world relates to a dystopia

-Enlightenment (fall 2010)

-Studied various forms of enlightenment, then wrote a satiric paper

-Imperialism in Africa (winter 2010)

-Learned about historic and modern imperialism in Africa, then created a slideshow in Windows Movie Maker about Sierra Leone

-Vietnam War (winter/spring 2010, 2011)

-Studied the Vietnam War and primary source documents, then wrote a historic report about the Vietnam War

-Poetry, peace, and violence (spring 2011)

-Studied various beliefs about peace and violence, then studied poetry, wrote a poem that relates to peace or violence, and created a kinetic text video
